With over 20 years of nursing experience and more than a decade in aesthetic practice, Kelly Beasy brings extensive clinical knowledge and a strong background in education to her role as a trainer and mentor in cosmetic medicine. Previously a senior clinical trainer at FACE Academy, she continues to contribute to education for leading aesthetic organisations while also providing private mentoring for clinicians who are seeking to expand their skills in a safe and evidence-based way.

Her one-on-one mentoring is tailored to individual professional backgrounds and learning goals, with a focus on consultation and patient assessment, facial ageing analysis, safe and effective injection techniques, and the recognition and management of complications. For clinicians entering the field of aesthetics, introductory small-group training is also available, supported by ongoing mentoring to encourage skill development and professional growth.
