Menopause and Perimenopause Support

Why a Personalised Menopause Consult Can Help

Perimenopause and menopause are deeply individual experiences. Hormonal changes can influence sleep, mood, weight distribution, skin, cognition, libido, and overall wellbeing. Many women feel confused by their symptoms or feel that their concerns are minimised.

A personalised consultation creates space to properly assess what is happening in your body. Instead of generic advice, you receive structured, evidence-based support tailored to your specific presentation.

This is a private, one-hour consultation focused on listening carefully to your experience and developing a clear management plan.

Understanding Perimenopause and Menopause

Perimenopause is the transitional stage leading up to menopause. Hormone levels fluctuate and can create irregular cycles, mood changes, brain fog, sleep disturbance, and metabolic shifts. Symptoms may appear years before periods stop completely.

Menopause is diagnosed after twelve consecutive months without a menstrual period. Oestrogen levels decline more consistently at this stage, which can affect bone density, cardiovascular health, body composition, and long-term metabolic function.

These changes are physiological. They are not a lack of willpower or resilience. They require informed medical guidance.
